Job Description

Be the first line team interacting with members of Not So Pro™ – indoors, outdoors, beach, court, bar, everywhere! Making sure they feel welcome and are excited to play with NSP. As the “face” of NSP you will support the League Services Manager in ensuring smooth league operations for all our members.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate FUN!
• Running the show for NSP sports leagues on a nightly basis, setting up and taking down, etc.
• Fielding client inquiries and handling first line client service
• Coordinate league scores and standings
• Being Loud and Proud! Not So Pro™ is a leader in leagues and social events, we want all our teams and players stoked up about what we do.
• Manage Swag! Not So Pro™ values its teams and players so supporting the League Services Managers with player appreciation, sponsor bar promotions, and ensuring team/player satisfaction 

Education/Experience

• Passion and enthusiasm for sport and the enjoyment and satisfaction receive from it.
• A completed or in progress diploma, degree, or certificate from a recognized post secondary institution in a related field (sport management, communications, recreation) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong promotional/client service background an asset.

Cell phone and personal vehicle are required for this position.
